For track rollers, the choice of material—40Mn2, 40MnB, or 50Mn—depends on specific operating conditions. These rollers undergo precision forging followed by normalization, prior to full heat treatment. This rigorous process achieves a surface hardness of HRC 52–56, with a hardened layer depth of over 7–10mm (maintaining HRC 45 at the layer core). The result is exceptional durability: the rollers deliver strong impact resistance and superior surface wear resistance at their contact points, even under heavy loads. To adapt to varying climates and temperatures, we integrate high-performance floating seals and a specialized lubrication system. This design enables both track rollers and carrier rollers to operate reliably in harsh working environments or climates, with a temperature range of -45℃ to 120℃, while ensuring the components remain maintenance-free.

1. You are a trader or a manufacture?
We are specializing in the excavator and bulldozer undercarriage parts, our factory loed on Quanzhou Licheng Distric, and our sales department are in City center of Xiamen. The distance is 80Kms, 1.5 hours.
2. How can I be sure the part will fit my excavator and bulldozer?
Give us the correct model number/machine serial number/ any numbers on the parts themselves. Or measure the parts that give us dimension or drawing.
3. How about the payment terms?
We usually accept T/T or Trade Assurance. other terms also could be negotiated.
4. What is your minimum order?
It depends on what you are buying. Normally, our minimum order is one 20’ full container and an LCL container (less than a container load) can be acceptable.
